Description
Sweet Basil oil improves blood circulation and for many problems, such as anxiety, insect bites, nausea, muscular aches, flu, fever, pulmonary infections and infectious diseases. Has been traditionally used as an antidepressant and is useful for migraines, general headaches, and is also said to assist with concentration.
Instructions for Use: For use in Diffusers, Potpurri Arrangements, Bath Oils and for Aromatherapy blends. Apply to the tip of the nose, to the temples, and to stings and bites. For mental fatigue, inhale first, then apply to the crown of the head, forehead, heart, and navel and may help migraines and mental fatigue. Use in a nice warm bath to relax tense muscles, as well as ease menstrual cramps.
Cautions: Care must be taken in handling of the highly concentrated liquid. Avoid undiluted, direct use on sensitive skin. Always test a small amount of essential oil first for sensitivity or allergic reaction. Should not be used for children under 16. Not to be used during pregnancy but otherwise, relatively non-toxic, non-irritant with some possible sensitization in some individuals. Consult a certified aromatherapist for the proper way to use essential oils.

How to Use
Essential Oils may be used in Diffusers, Potpurri Arrangements, Bath Water and for Aromatherapy blends. For diffuser use, add a few drops of Distil Essential Oil in the diffuser basin and light the candle. Can also be added to room spray as an Air Freshener and for general Aromatherapy benefits.
Cautions: Always test a small amount first for sensitivity or allergic reaction. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult a physician. Those with epilepsy are to use with caution. Consult a certified aromatherapist for the proper way to use essential oils.
